With less than a week to go until the launch of Uncle Monsterface's online-only EP "NINTENDODE: Songs for the Big N" (and coincidentally enough until the launch of the Nintendo Wii), Uncle Monsterface proudly unveils TWO - count them - TWO super awesome remixes by two of the audio engineers from the rock n roll famous video game of pure awesomeness, GUITAR HERO!

These exclusive remixes will only be available until the launch of NINTENDODE (and the Wii), on Sunday, Novemer 19.

Now, we here at Monsterface Inc. realize that GUITAR HERO isn't for any of Nintendo's fine platforms or systems. But the fact of the matter is that GUITAR HERO, like the NINTENDO Wii, embraces a notion of fun and inclusive gaming - games made to get people standing up and rocking out and having fun - together, even (perhaps while in the same room!). If you don't already know, the ridiculously talented Peter Maguire and Izzy Maxwell work for a game company called HARMONIX. Harmonix has an outstanding history of helping to create games that are fun, innovative, and for the people. In addition to the superstar hit Guitar Hero, they're also responsible for the greatness of: The Karaoke Revolution series, the innovative EyeToy game Antigrav, and the genre-busting rhythm games Amplitude and Frequency. If ever there was a company living up to the spirit of NINTENDO's innovation without being under the Big N's wings, it's these guys, and we're honored to get remixes by two of their top-notch audio dudes!

(Legally speaking, HARMONIX is in no way associated with Uncle Monsterface or NINTENDODE. They don't endorse it or probably even know about it...obviously except for Pete and Izzy...and maybe Josh and probably Jeff know about it...maybe Kasson and Dave, too, if they know what's good for them, they know about it...but that's it...I mean, these are busy people, they don't have time for songs about SHIGERU MIYAMOTO, they've got rock n roll video games to make and Dave Navarro press conferences to go to at which time they can watch their controllers get all broken...but apparently Pete and Izzy have some time for the awesomeness...I mean, the rest of those guys at Harmonix are awesome, too, but Pete and Izzy made us remixes...they're AWESOMETASTIC times 52,006 plus a rainbow of dolphins! Get on it remaining HARMONIX staff!)

And once again, HARMONIX, RED OCTANE, KONAMI, NINTENDO, Rupert Murdoch, The NRA, The Justice League - none of these companies have prepared or approved or licensed or produced any of what we are doing here. Just to be absolutely clear...

See the oiginal NINTENDODE press release where you can hear an exclusive sample of MIYAMOTODE!
